Abstract
The approach of this qualitative research is applied, the nature of the research is exploratory, and the research method is phenomenological. The statistical population of the research is women entrepreneurs in Khorasan Razavi Province whose businesses have reached the growth stage. The samples were selected purposefully, the sampling method was the snowball technique, and the data collection tool was a semi-structured in-depth interview. Data analysis was carried out using the content analysis method, and sampling continued until theoretical saturation (10 people) was reached. Several techniques were used to increase the validity and reliability of the qualitative data. 1. The technique of guessing the answers to avoid the additional influence of the respondent when we follow an open-ended answer. 2. The commitment to confidentiality of the information is used to increase the accuracy of the participants' statements. 3. Each interviewee has previous experience and knowledge on the research objective, so they were informed about the topic of the meeting in advance. 4. Technical guidance was used during the implementation and evaluation of the interviews. This contributes to the reliability of scientific research findings. In evaluating qualitative research, the issue of validity is more important than reliability. To improve the validity of the research, in addition to observing the above, the results of the research were made available to the interviewees so that they could adapt them to their experiences and report the level of compliance. The results were confirmed by all of them. To ensure reliability, the stability index (test-retest reliability) was also used. In test-retest reliability, 5 interviews were randomly selected from 10 interviews and a second stage of coding was carried out one month after the initial coding, which was confirmed by a test-retest reliability of over 90 percent.
