Abstract

This study aims to explain how data-driven user interactions (DDI) and algorithmic transparency (AT) shape investor financial behavior (IFB) within intelligent financial service platforms. The rapid growth of fintech systems, declining human–advisor interaction, and the increasing reliance on AI-based decision tools have amplified the importance of trust, transparency, and algorithmic decision quality in shaping investor behavior. This research examines how users interpret data-intensive platform processes and understand algorithmic logic, and how these perceptions jointly form trust in the algorithm (TRUST). The proposed model argues that DDI and AT enhance users’ sense of reliability and comprehensibility of the system, thereby strengthening TRUST, which subsequently guides their engagement in AI-mediated financial decision-making (AIDM) and ultimately influences their financial behavior in digital environments.
